Scope
These pages cover the site floracore.plimlab.ch — public presentation and demonstration environment. They do not describe data processing inside the licensed product: that is governed by each customer's contract and its data processing agreement.
01Privacy policy
This site has no forms, no analytics, sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. What follows is the complete list of what is processed when you open a page.
| Data | Where it lives | Purpose | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
| IP address, date and time, requested URL, status code, bytes, referer and user-agent | Web server log (nginx), on our server | Operational security and error diagnosis. Legitimate interest, GDPR art. 6(1)(f). | 14 days. Daily rotation, 14 rotations kept; after that the file is deleted. |
What this site does not do — and you can check
- The public pages set no cookies. On this page, the home, the whitepaper and the demo, your browser’s cookie list stays empty. The application area — sign-in and console — uses strictly necessary session cookies, named under Cookies.
- Makes no third-party requests. Fonts, images, video and subtitles are served from our own domain. DevTools → Network: every request goes to
floracore.plimlab.ch. - No analytics, pixels, heatmaps or advertising. No measurement script is loaded.
- No forms. We ask for no name, e-mail, phone or any other detail. There is nothing to submit.
- No profiling and no automated decisions about visitors, and no sharing or selling of data to anyone.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability over personal data concerning you, and the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. To exercise any of them, use the address given under Legal contact.
An honest note on practical scope: in the server logs we can only locate you if you give us the IP address and the approximate time window. After 14 days those logs no longer exist — there is nothing left to access or erase.
02Terms of use
This site is informational
The content of these pages exists to present the product. It is not a contractual proposal, a binding offer, or technical, legal or regulatory advice for any specific case.
Demonstration environment
Lots prefixed DEMO-, along with the screens, figures and videos published here, are demonstrations. They do not represent real operations, customers, properties or lots. The chain verifier on this site runs entirely in your browser over demonstration data: an intact result here certifies no real lot.
AI-generated imagery
Some atmosphere images were generated by artificial intelligence and are labelled as such next to the image. They are not photographs of any facility of ours or of third parties.
Pricing
Published prices are in euros, excluding VAT, and may change. The binding price is the one in the signed contract, not the one on this page.
Availability
This is a demonstration environment. It carries no continuous-availability commitment and may be changed or withdrawn without notice.
Intellectual property
Trademarks, names and content referenced here belong to their respective owners. References to standards and certification bodies are descriptive and imply no endorsement by them.
03Record retention
There are two different retention periods in this project and they are easy to confuse. They are separated on purpose.
Your visit to this site — 14 days
That is the web server log period described above. It applies to you, the visitor. Nothing else about you is kept.
The customers' ledger — 7 years
This is the reference value shown in the footer as 7-year retention. It refers to the product: the production record that sector rules and the contract require the customer to keep. It has nothing to do with your visit to this site.
Each customer's actual period is the one in their contract and in the rule that applies to them, which may differ from seven years. Seven years is the default we use when the contract says nothing else.
05Legal contact and identification
Fields still blank — to be completed before public launch
The fields below must be filled in with the real details of the responsible entity. While they are marked pending, this page does not satisfy the duty to inform under GDPR article 13. They were deliberately not invented: a false identification in a privacy policy is worse than none at all.
Changes to this page
When the content of these sections changes, the last-updated date at the top changes with it and the change is listed under Version history. That list says what changed and when; it does not keep the previous text. If you need the wording in force on a given date, request it through the contact above.
06Version history
What changed on the public pages of this site, with dates. Only changes you can confirm yourself by opening the page are listed. The list starts on 5 September 2026 — there is no reliable record of what changed before that, and inventing entries to pad the list would be fabricating history.
- The language now lives in the address:
/for Portuguese,/en/and/es/. Each address serves the already-translated text, with its own canonical and hreflang. Before this the language was chosen in the browser and the address never changed — only the Portuguese version was findable in search engines. - The PT / EN / ES switcher is no longer a button but a link: it works without JavaScript and can be opened in a new tab. With JavaScript the switch still happens in place, without reloading the page.
- The
fc-langkey is no longer stored in your browser. The public pages now write nothing at all to localStorage. The privacy policy and the cookies section were corrected in the same change. - The whitepaper now shows a reading progress bar at the top. It measures the end of the text, not the end of the page: 100% means you finished the document, not that you reached the footer.
- The footer of every page now has a share button, and this version-history section now exists.
- The Sign in button now points to the application's sign-in screen. It previously pointed at the pricing section, which left an existing paying customer with no way in.
- The additional-site add-on now appears on the pricing page. It existed in the catalogue and was published nowhere.
- The header, the footer and the visual identity now come from a single definition, identical across the four pages and the three languages.
The list says what changed and when. It does not keep the previous text: if you need the exact wording in force on a given date, request it through the legal contact.
